Job summary

G&W Electric Co. is seeking a Process Architect to analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and automation potential. You will lead 3P events, develop process maps, and drive improvements across multiple value streams and NPD projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 8+ years of experience, and strong data analysis and root cause techniques. Cross-functional collaboration with design, operations, and supply chain is essential for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial roles.
• Proficient with data analysis programs.
• Experience using root cause analysis techniques.
• Experience with product production integration or major operational improvements.
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish within time/budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3P events and maintain Value Stream Map and Process At A Glance documents.
• Conduct Process Mapping, FMEA, RIE'S and 9 Step Problem Solving; develop Quality Control Plans.
• Prepare detailed project plans with hours and timelines for development, production, validation and launch.
• Oversee R&D of new equipment, processes, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Review engineering deliverables for technical accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Lead projects with innovative changes across assets, including equipment upgrades/optimizations.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain on manufacturability and design reviews.
• Assess capital equipment needs for new technologies and plan capital projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and plan capital projects.
