Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in related role.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II.
• Proficient in use of a computer, Microsoft Office and dealer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to safety policies.
• Document repairs and times in appropriate software; monitor expenses vs estimates.
• Mentor or train others in department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
