Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED; 3-4 years experience; Valid Driver License; completed training to be designated Service Field Tech II.
• Proficiency with computer use and standard Dealer software; familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all assigned work safely, adhering to policies and wearing PPE.
• Attends and completes technician training classes.
• Maintains tools to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic issues.
• Maintain neat work area and improve safety standards.
• Document repairs and times using appropriate software; monitor repair costs.
• Mentor others and contribute to team success; perform other duties as assigned.
