Job summary

Ring Power Corporation in Florida is seeking a skilled technician II to diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment, following safety and environmental policies. The role requires maintenance of tools and adherence to manufacturer specifications while documenting repairs.

You will monitor costs and mentor teammates to uphold quality and safety standards. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of experience, and completed training to be designated Tech II.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience preferred or required.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain tools and diagnose to manufacturer specifications; document repairs and repair times.
• Monitor job expenses versus repair estimates and inform supervisor of cost overruns before job completion.
• Train and/or mentor others in department and contribute to team goals.
