Job summary

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a Service Field Technician II in Florida. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Caterpillar equipment, using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills. You’ll document work, monitor costs, and mentor teammates while upholding safety and quality standards.

Successful candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver license, and 3–4 years of related experience, plus required training completed for Tech II designation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years experience in related field.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain tools and diagnostics equipment.
• Document repairs and times using appropriate software.
• Monitor expenses versus estimates and alert supervisor of any cost overruns.
• Train and mentor others in the department.
• Contribute to team efforts and uphold safety and quality standards.
