Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking a Shop Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe shop and support production teams in a fast-paced environment. You will operate forklift and overhead crane equipment, stock items, and perform various one-off tasks to keep production moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, have basic repair skills, and communicate clearly with coworkers. A strong work ethic and teamwork are valued in this American manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• We value welding, fabrication and general shop/mechanical skills, and may train early-career candidates with the right attitude.
• Ability to operate basic shop equipment and tools safely.
