Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking a skilled facilities technician to inspect and maintain our industrial assets. You will coordinate in-house and contracted work, manage multiple priorities, and ensure safe, reliable operation of facilities and equipment.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, collaborating with the Facilities and Equipment Manager, and supporting large projects on-site at our locations in the United States. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing background.
• Ability to prioritize many tasks and initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Coordinate contractors for advanced repairs.
• Act as on-site liaison for large projects.
