Omni Homestead Resort & Spa seeks a Shooting Club Attendant to deliver outstanding guest service at the resort and shooting club desk. You will assist guests, manage scheduling, and communicate daily events and hours of operation to patrons and team members.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service that exceeds Guest and Member expectations in the Shooting Club and resort areas.
• Maintain accuracy in records, inventory, and MOS-related documentation.
• Assist with guest bookings, scheduling, and event planning as needed.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and respond appropriately to emergencies.
