Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Castle Rock, CO who inspires teammates, drives sales, and ensures an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll own store operations, coach staff, and model the Famous Feeling for customers daily.

You will mentor associates, manage flexible hours, and coordinate with the team to keep inventory and pricing aligned with goals, while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in store management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to motivate and mentor associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
