Responsibilities include coaching selling behaviors, meeting goals, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a positive, inclusive environment for all associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• General retail practices and procedures knowledge.
• Some store management experience or relevant management experience may be substituted.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow store manager directions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by owning daily goals and contributing to store performance.
• Know store operations from pricing to inventory and keep the store clean and shopper-friendly.
