You will help keep the store organized, assist with pricing, shipments, and inventory, and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit and the Famous Feeling. This role requires a flexible schedule and a passion for shoes.

Qualifications

• Build constructive relationships within store.
• Communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory daily.

• Drive sales and communicate effectively to the store team to meet goals.
• Maintain policies and integrity in daily operations and be open to feedback.
• Uplift teammates and support training and development when needed.
• Assist customers with finding the right products and provide excellent service.
