Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to help create the Famous Feeling for every customer in our Medford, OR store. You will lead by example, drive sales, and uphold store standards while building a welcoming, in‑store culture that keeps customers coming back for the latest styles.

You will mentor teammates, manage daily operations, and stay informed about fashion trends to help customers find the perfect fit and brands they love.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven retail knowledge of store operations.
• Some retail management experience preferred.
