Job summary

Famous Footwear in the United States is seeking a Sales Lead to drive customer-focused service and store performance. You will mentor teammates, model the Famous Feeling, and contribute to a welcoming in-store culture where customers are inspired to buy and return.

You will lead operations, coaching, and daily activities to ensure strong sales, inventory control, and brand standards while fostering teamwork and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience or supervising teams preferred.
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to develop selling skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspire teammates to deliver the Famous Feeling and customer-focused service.
• Drive sales and achieve store goals through purposeful, customer-centered actions.
• Oversee store operations including pricing, inventory, opening/closing routines, and visual standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and utilize resources to complete tasks efficiently.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture and energize the team to perform at their best.
