Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Experience motivating team members to achieve goals.
• Ability multitask and follow store manager's directions.
• Mentor and train associates in selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills required.
