Caleres in Phoenix seeks a full-time Assistant Store Manager to lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence, drive sales, and provide an engaging customer experience across our family of brands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, retail preferred.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with store associates.
• Ability to train and develop associates for customer experience and operations.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire associates with integrity and care, focusing on customer relationships and flawless delivery.
