You’ll drive sales, manage daily operations, and develop associates to uphold our Famous Footwear brands. This role requires strong leadership, hiring and training skills, and a passion for shoes that inspires loyalty and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training is a plus.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with store associates.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customer connections through coaching and caring.
• Recruit, interview, and develop store associates.
• Manage daily operations, pricing, shipping, and inventory.
• Drive sales by applying insights to improve results.
• Lead by example and foster an inclusive store culture.
• Uphold policies and ensure compliance during store manager absence.
