Job summary

Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Minnesota who loves shoes and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will cultivate an inviting store culture, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding service that makes customers say, “I’ll take it.” You’ll own daily operations, guide sales, and maintain visual merchandising to reflect our brands and Famous Footwear image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail systems preferred.
• Experience mentoring or motivating store teams is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
