Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Minnesota to create an engaging in-store experience. You will lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive store performance while upholding company policies and customer connection standards.

You’ll inspire a positive culture, manage store operations, and ensure the best shoe-shopping experience for every guest, aligning with Famous Footwear’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspire teams to deliver the Famous Feeling and coach selling behaviors.
• Drive sales and meet/beat store goals with purpose and determination.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain clean, organized store.
