Caleres is seeking a Sales Lead for Famous Footwear in Minnesota to inspire the team, drive sales and uphold the in-store culture. You will manage opening/closing tasks, pricing, inventory, and customer experience, while mentoring Associates toward delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Experience leading a retail team to hit sales goals and customer-service targets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly with store leadership.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and POS systems.
