You will drive sales, manage store operations, and mentor associates while embracing diversity and a positive, can-do attitude. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and ongoing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Store management experience or equivalent leadership.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
