Job summary

Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will welcome customers, maintain a clean, organized shop and ensure easy access to all famous brands and styles.

You’ll share trend insights and help customers find the perfect fit with enthusiasm and integrity. You’ll participate in daily operations, support store culture, and communicate effectively with the team to hit sales goals while upholding policy and values.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store teammates
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff at all levels
• Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed
• Solid working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Able to work effectively within a team
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
