You’ll handle daily tasks like pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory while keeping the store clean and organized. You’ll drive sales with enthusiasm and provide helpful shoe recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
