Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and engage in the sale process.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding their purchases.
• Grow personal sales by hitting set goals and following sales standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on purchased products.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with freight processing and restocking.
• Demonstrate product usage and retrieve items from heights > 6 ft.
• Attend product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
• Navigate a computer and handheld scanner; use MS Office, Google Docs, and AS400.
• Assist in other duties assigned by leadership.
