Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and understand currency, percentages.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; average 40 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert knowledge in selling areas and train other associates on product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering high-quality experiences.
• Manage inventory using internal reports and keep backstock organized.
• Ensure products are displayed properly with correct pricing and signage.
• Maintain professional appearance and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with store and vendor teams.
