You will champion our Famous culture, delivering top-notch customer experiences and guiding shoppers to the right styles and brands. You will drive sales with urgency, communicate clearly with the store team, and contribute to training and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store colleagues.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Demonstrates independent judgement in partnership with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory) run smoothly.
• Deliver excellent customer engagement and help customers find the right styles and brands.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals.
• Adhere to company policies and seek feedback for professional development.
• Support teammates with training and development when needed.
