Caleres, Inc. operates Famous Footwear and related brands nationwide. This role focuses on Ace Retail Operations, ensuring daily store tasks such as pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory are dialed in to keep the store running smoothly.

You will champion our Famous culture, deliver outstanding customer engagement, and drive sales with urgency while communicating clearly to the store team. Training and development support are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment with Store Sales Manager collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
• Review store performance and drive sales with urgency to achieve goals.
• Adhere to company policies and seek feedback for professional development.
• Foster diversity and inclusivity within the team and assist with training.
• Assist customers as a shoe consultant to find perfect fit and styles.
