Job summary

Caleres, Inc. in Maple Grove, MN seeks a Retail Associate to ensure pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory are dialed in, keeping the store clean and organized so customers can easily find their favorite styles. You’ll deliver top-tier service and embody the Famous culture on the floor.

You’ll role-model integrity, collaborate with team, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet store goals and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of general retail practices.
• Team player with a flexible schedule including holidays and nights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, inventory) are dialed in.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and help customers find the right styles.
• Maintain a clean, organized floor and ensure products are easily shoppable.
• Support training and development for teammates as needed.
