Job summary

Caleres, Inc. home to Famous Footwear, Natick, MA is seeking a full-time Retail Associate to drive daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage pricing, shipments, inventory, and fulfill customer needs while upholding brand standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: you’ll ensure pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory are dialed in to keep the store running smoothly.
