Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering the best in-store experience. You’ll create a welcoming environment that makes customers feel valued and guide them to the perfect fit across Famous Footwear brands.

You’ll join a team that celebrates daily wins and embodies our culture of service and enthusiasm. You’ll oversee daily tasks like pricing, shipments, and inventory while staying informed on trends.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Ace daily store operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and drive memorable in-store experiences.
• Review store performance and drive sales with a sense of urgency and clear communication to the team.
• Uphold integrity and company policies, and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• Foster an inclusive, positive team environment and assist with training when needed.
• Recommend products to customers to ensure they leave with the right fit and the Famous Feeling.
