Caleres is seeking a passionate Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding shoe-store experience. You will create a welcoming environment, engage customers, and promote our brands while staying informed about trends and inventory.

You’ll collaborate with the team to meet goals, handle merchandise, and provide top-notch service that drives loyalty and the Famous Feeling. As a team player, you’ll participate in training, support store leadership, and help keep the store clean,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and easy to shop.
