Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• General retail practices and procedures knowledge.
• Ability to work well in a team and flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store clean and organized.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer by delivering stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
• Drive sales and meet goals with clear, concise communication to the team.
