Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience, drive sales and uphold the Famous Footwear culture. You’ll engage customers, manage daily tasks, and help teammates while delivering top-notch service and fashion knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory).
