Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store team.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Able to exercise independent judgment in partnership with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team player able to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in for smooth operation.
• Deliver excellent customer engagement and ensure customers find the styles they crave.
• Review store performance and drive sales with urgency and clear communication to the team.
• Uphold company policies with integrity and seek feedback for professional growth.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment and assist with training when needed.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect fit and representations of Famous Footwear styles.
