Famous Footwear in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop, while actively engaging customers and sharing product knowledge.

You’ll drive sales, participate in teamwork, and embody the Famous culture. The role emphasizes flexibility, and a positive, proactive attitude to support customers and colleagues throughout shifts.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
