Job summary

Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering a memorable in-store experience. You will create a welcoming vibe, help customers find the perfect fit, and represent multiple brands across the Famous Footwear family.

Work with a collaborative team, participate in daily operations like pricing, shipments, and inventory, and strive to meet sales goals while upholding store standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Able to work with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: deliver stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
• Drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals; communicate clearly with the team.
