You are a shoe-obsessed, team-oriented leader who delights in mentoring others, maintaining a welcoming environment, and adapting to a fast-paced retail setting to help every customer find the perfect fit with confidence.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in store management or supervising teams preferred.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow store directions.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operations.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills required.
