Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create an exceptional in-store experience in Sioux Falls, SD. You will engage customers, maintain store standards, and share knowledge about latest trends and products to drive sales and customer loyalty.

You will collaborate with a close-knit team, handle daily tasks including pricing, shipments and inventory, and embody our culture of service while supporting training and development of peers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to build constructive relationships with store peers and customers.
• Excels at positive communication with associates at all levels.
• Able to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer engagement and ensure memorable shopping experiences.
• Manage daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, inventory) to keep the store clean and organized.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find the right styles and fit.
• Support training and development of teammates and promote a positive store culture.
