Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store team.
• Strong communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Able to use independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Solid understanding of retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, inventory) to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
