Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our shoe store. You’ll create a welcoming environment, help customers find the perfect fit, and embody the Famous Feeling that drives brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
