Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Effective positive communication with coworkers at all levels.
• Demonstrates independent judgment with store leadership as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, organized and easy to shop.
• Deliver engaging customer experiences and product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with the store team to drive sales and teamwork.
• Uphold company policies and seek feedback for improvement.
• Support training and development of teammates as needed.
