Job summary

Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States. You will create a welcoming, high-energy in-store experience, engage customers with product knowledge, and contribute to a positive team culture. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit while upholding store standards and brand values.

You’ll participate in daily store tasks, maintain stock and visuals, and support coworkers to deliver consistent, exceptional service across our Famous Footwear brands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Positive communication with team members at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store operations: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer engagement to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Review store performance and help drive sales with urgency and focus on goals.
• Uphold company policies with integrity and openness to feedback.
