Caleres in the United States is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate who loves shoes and creates welcoming in-store experiences. You’ll stay informed about trends, assist customers with finding perfect fits, and contribute to a positive team environment that makes shoppers say, I’ll take it.

You’ll handle pricing, shipments, and inventory with care, champion our culture, and communicate clearly with the store team to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Able to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of general retail practices.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, inventory) are accurate.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and drive the Famous Customer Connection.
• Review store performance and help achieve sales goals.
• Uphold store policies with integrity and openness to feedback.
• Support training and development of teammates.
