Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to create a welcoming store experience, drive Customer Connection, and promote our shoe brands. You’ll be part of a team that values energy, helpfulness, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect fit.

In this role you’ll handle daily store tasks, contribute to a positive culture, and support training and development while upholding integrity and inclusivity. The position offers growth opportunities across our 850+ store network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours
