Job summary

Famous Footwear in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a store associate to support daily retail operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will manage pricing, shipments, inventory, and merchandising while helping customers find the perfect footwear and ensuring an inviting store environment.

As a team member, you will contribute to meeting store goals, engage with customers enthusiastically, and uphold the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

Demonstrates ability to build constructive relationships with store staff and customers.
Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
Ability to use independent judgment while coordinating with Store Sales Manager.
Knowledge of general retail practices and store procedures.
Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are accurate.
Deliver top-notch customer engagement and help customers find the right products.
Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to meet goals.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and an inviting atmosphere for easy shopping.
Uphold company policies with integrity and participate in training and development as needed.
Assist teammates to ensure a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
