Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate in Phoenix to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help maintain an inviting store atmosphere. You’ll engage customers, assist with shoe selections, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and easy to shop.

You will join a collaborative team that values integrity, training support, and a positive, inclusive culture. This role offers discounts, development opportunities, and flexible scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and uphold Famous culture.
• Review store performance and drive sales with urgency to achieve goals.
• Deliver clear, concise communications and practice active listening with the team.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to company policies while seeking feedback.
