Caleres is seeking a passionate Famous Footwear Sales Associate to provide the best in-store shoe shopping experience. You will create a welcoming store culture, engage customers with top-notch service, and help shoppers find the perfect fit across Famous Footwear brands.

As part of a collaborative team, you will support daily operations, stay informed on trends, and embody the Famous Footwear spirit. This role emphasizes customer connection, teamwork, and a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of retail practices.
• Team-oriented and flexible schedule including holidays.
