Job summary

Suffolk Regional OTB / Jake's 58 Casino Hotel seeks a beverage service attendant to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verify age with identification, and follow all company policies.

You will maintain beverage quality and presentation, keep your workstation clean, use the POS system to process sales, and help ensure accurate records. The role requires a guest‑centered approach and adherence to liquor laws with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with laws.
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation of beverages.

Responsibilities

• Process sales using the POS system and keep accurate records.
• Follow all policies and procedures and model guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assures quality, consistency and proper presentation of all served beverages.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Utilizes company point of sale system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales.
• Clean and restock work area at end of shift.
• Understand the goals and vision of the organization.
• Must role model guest service program.
• Must comply with company policies and procedures.
• Know liquor law service to anyone under age 21 or to anyone intoxicated is prohibited.
• Must Role Model Company guest service program.
• Other duties as assigned.
