This role includes training staff, implementing practical action plans, and ensuring adherence to drawings, procedures and safety standards. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent trade certification or 4 years manufacturing/shipbuilding experience.
• Trade/technical associate degree with 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience leading semi-skilled and skilled trades.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates trades personnel.
• Trains employees and enforces quality and productivity goals.
• Ensures compliance with drawings and procedures and manages budget impact.
