Qualifications

• US citizenship required for the position.
• Bachelor's Degree, Apprentice Certification, or equivalent trade/military experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or shipbuilding preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, procedures and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel.
• Trains employees and develops procedures to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensures compliance with drawings, procedures and budget considerations; oversees process operations with financial impact.
