Serco is seeking a Waterfront Production Support Analyst at the HII Ingalls Shipyard in Pascagoula, MS. This role requires overseeing daily production activities, monitoring compliance with ship specs, and documenting discrepancies for Government review. A DoD Secret clearance is required and US citizenship is essential.

Successful candidates will assemble simple tracking tools, brief Navy/ PMS personnel, and help ensure a safe, high-quality shipbuilding process with accurate readiness reporting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Experience working in a shipyard production environment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily production activities and monitor conditions at the shipyard facility.
• Document discrepancies and report trends to Government teams under supervision.
• Brief SUPSHIP or PMS 400D personnel on significant conditions and trends affecting cost, quality, or schedule.
• Assemble basic production tracking tools and trackers.
• Identify discrepancies highlighting spec violations and propose solutions.
• Verify care and protection methods during construction.
• Review trial cards to ensure issues are corrected per specs.
• Conduct production surveillance using established methods.
• Prepare trial cards and discrepancy reports.
• Develop reports on production completeness for systems, spaces, and units.
• Update readiness for key events using milestone trackers.
